The homemade pasta machine is a classic of the Italian tradition that Ariete has decided to respect and celebrate, re-proposing the values of the previous Pastamatic model, such as reliability and sturdiness, with significant changes: the new Pastamatic 1593, in fact, renewed in shape and in the colors, it stretches and eliminates the fatigue of manual drawing by combining the classic handle with a lateral motor, capable of guaranteeing a homogeneous and perfect paste for an hour of work. The knob allows you to choose up to 9 levels of thickness of the pastry, while the two accessories supplied allow you to obtain four types of pasta - tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle, fettuccine, while the standard roller creates a perfect lasagna.
